TabTrade — The Short Version
Tab Trade launched in Q1 2026. Trading platform based in Saint Lucia, regulated by the FSRA. The person who started it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, a FMA-regulated broker.
His background matters. It says the founder knows how a proper broker operates. Does not guarantee anything. It is better than a founder with no industry background.
The broker opened with Equinix data centre access in London. Same infrastructure prime brokers run on. Usually a new brokerage leads with marketing and bonuses. TabTrade led with infrastructure. Unusual for a new broker.
What you can trade: forex, stock indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, shares, crypto, ETFs. 1,000+. For something that launched in March 2026, that coverage is solid.
The Software
You get: MT5, cTrader, and a browser platform. Both platforms from a single account. Most brokers pick one platform. Access to both matters. Pick what suits your style.
MetaTrader 5 is the default. Complete charts, Expert Advisors, massive community. If you have used MT4 or MT5 before, you know exactly what you are getting.
cTrader is the cleaner option. Better depth of market. Faster charting. cBot support. Plenty of traders like it better than MT5 after comparing.
FIX API is offered for automated strategies but needs the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView is reportedly coming. That should make the platform set once it is live.
What You Pay
Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. No commission. Easy to track. $0 to start. Works for people who want simple pricing.
Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 each way. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the raw spread is often under 0.2 pips. So your actual cost per trade can be under half a pip. That is cheap for a broker with $0 to start. Most brokers that offer pricing like this want $500 or more to open. TabTrade requires zero deposit.
VIP account. $25k to open. FIX API, faster fills, custom pricing. Not for the average person. Ignore this one unless you run serious volume.
Execution Speed
This is where this broker actually does something different. Equinix LD4/LD5. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. That is not marketing fluff. Most retail brokers quote hundreds of milliseconds.
Does this affect you? If you scalp, it does. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is the difference between. If you hold positions longer, you will not notice. But the fact that they invested in proper execution. That is what kind of broker this is.
Pair that infrastructure with the Edge account pricing and what you get makes sense. Hardly anyone in this bracket have infrastructure at this level.
Regulation
Here is the detail you need to be straight about. Tab Trade is under Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No investor compensation scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a dealbreaker, look elsewhere. Plenty of FCA-regulated options out there.
That said. The person running it spent years at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The execution setup is expensive. Scam brokers do not pay for tier-1 data centre access. None of this guarantee anything. It should inform your decision.
The trade-off: you trade regulatory safety. What you get instead: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether that is worth it is your call.
The Bonus
Tab Trade runs a deposit bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Typical deposit match. You put money in, they add bonus funds. Standard terms apply: minimum lots traded before bonus funds can be taken out. Read the conditions before funding.
